  • LIVE mindfulness classes on Wednesday from 6:00-6:45 p.m.
  • LIVE fitness classes on Wednesday from 7:00-7:45 p.m.
  • Code words to earn points – You have until 9:00 a.m. the following Monday to submit your code words.
  • Videos will be recorded on Wednesdays and archives will be posted
