Some events that are labelled “(LIVE)” require pre-registration.

We also invite everyone to sign up for the SONA Stride Challenge and keep track of how much you walk/run each week! Participants will receive 1 point each week they submit their weekly distance results. Results are to be submitted each Monday here.
