The Total Body Challenge is designed to help establish healthy lifestyle patterns for daily life. The daily videos are used to educate and help keep athletes active home.
The SONJ Total Body Challenge is open to any and all participants! Athletes, Unified Partners, coaches, volunteers, family members, and friends!
All participants need to register. Then they can complete the daily lifestyle challenges on the calendar. Finally they fill out their daily check-in using given code words to prove they have completed each challenge.
Make sure you sign-up and are ready for the daily challenges!
Session 1 ran from July 13 – August 7.
Session 2 ran from August 10 – September 4.
Session 3 ran from September 7 – October 2.
Session 4 ran from October 19 – December 13.
LIVE WEEK ran from December 14–18.
Session 5 ran from January 11 – February 5
Session 6 runs from February 8 – March 5
